Bobby Brown out for first time since DUI arrest

Bobby Brown is out and about for the first time since his arrest for drink-driving.

The 43-year-old singer looked tired and held a weird expression as he walked through LAX Airport in LA, holding his driver's license and plane ticket - where he flew to is unknown.

This isn't the first time he has been arrested for DUI (driving under the influence). He was arrested in Georgia back in 1996. Two days ago Bobby was pulled over by police in Reseda, California at midday.
He was drunk at the time and the cop who dealt with him, Officer Tiana Reed told RadarOnline.com: 'We put him through four sobriety tests, none of which he passed’, saying his blood alcohol level was .08 or higher.

Bobby was bailed on the same day he was arrested– he or someone he knew forked out the $5,000 dollars the courts asked for to release him.

The ex-husband of the late Whitney Houston has been involved in a few disputes since her death in February.

The singer was publicly left out of the Bodyguard star’s will and is alleged to be claiming that he could have saved her life.

Derek Handspike, a source close to the couple, told the National Enquirer Bobby said: "I could have saved her!" and that Bobby maintained he and Whitney still loved each other. Derek said: 'Bobby told me, "The world may have thought we were history, but the reality is we were never really apart. We’ve never stopped loving each other."'

The couple was pictured having dinner together in an LA restaurant with their 18-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina, just two days before Whitney's death.
